Japanese Rice and Roe

That’s actually not what it’s called.

I actually have no idea what it’s called, but I got it from a revolving sushi bar.  It’s rice, fish egg, seaweed, kimchi (yes, kimchi), some egg like stuff, miniature bean sprouts, and more fish egg.  You mix it together and boom!  You have lunch.

So while the sushi was revolving I noticed there was a lot of sushi topped with american cheese.  Horrible.
